Football challenge #5

Our next challenge is wall passes. For this all you need is a ball and a wall (preferably outdoors).

Start with a distance your comfortable with and work on using the inside of the foot to pass the ball off the wall to yourself. Focus on controlled passes and the weight of the pass.

Try different distances, using both feet and passing first time to vary the activity.
