Our next #footballchallenge is side to side inside touches. Using the inside of your foot move the ball side to side trying to stay in the same spot. Feet should be about shoulder width apart.
A good tip if you struggling to stay in the same place is to do this along a line or edge of a tile to use as a marker. See how many you can do in 30 seconds then 1 minute.
